Thunder KSC12P
The K-array Thunder-KSC12P is a compact passive infra-subwoofer with a high-excursion 12” neodymium driver and 4.5” voice coil, engineered for high-SPL, punchy cinematic low-end that fits neatly behind screens in theaters and premium home entertainment systems.
Design Story
Tuned in an acoustically optimized bass-reflex enclosure, the KSC12P is built to translate low-frequency effects into physical impact while keeping a small footprint and clean integration. Designed and custom-made by K-array R&D in Italy, it pairs seamlessly with K-array mid-high loudspeakers and Kommander amplification for full-range movie reproduction, available in black (KSC12P) or customizable color (KSC12PX).

Simply combining two or more subwoofers to obtain a configuration that guarantees cardioid diffusion even throughout the low frequencies promises to give you a cleaner sound on stage, minimise risk of acoustic feedback, and in general a greater control over sound design the way you want it.
Crafted for Heavy Touring
The Thunder Series subs are built with a choice of Finnish birch plywood so it lightweight and incredibly resistant, making it the perfect speaker for audio rentals.The new polyurea paint and the cataphoresis treatment for the front grill, further treated with powder coating, also give greater resistance to the harsh weather environments often experienced on the road.
