K-array Dragon-KXT18P
The K-array Dragon KXT18P is a flagship high-power point-source loudspeaker featuring an 18” woofer and tri-axial coaxial compression drivers (4” MF + 2” HF) to deliver up to 144 dB SPL with full-spectrum impact down to ~50 Hz for demanding venues and live events.
Design Story
Built as the bolder counterpart to the KXT12P, the KXT18P pairs extreme output with refined presentation—housed in durable birch plywood and designed to look as striking as it sounds. Remove the grille to reveal the polished coaxial horn as a signature visual statement, while the tri-axial architecture maintains clarity and control at high SPL for high-energy installations.
High Pressure in the Near Field
The emission of point source loudspeakers is characterized by high sound pressure levels in the near field, ideal for applications where the audience is close to the sound source, like clubs, dance floors and live events, like DJ sets.
Variable Angle Array
Thanks to its versatile design, this solution can be used either as a stand alone, single point source or joined with multiple units in an array configuration which can be easily steered mechanically in order to modify the coverage angle.
