GLHX The Musical 2.0
够力好戏 2.0 (GLHX The Musical 2.0) is a contemporary Malaysian Mandarin stage musical directed by Ryon Lee. Building on the success of its original debut, the production returns with a more refined and emotionally resonant narrative centred on emotional well-being, personal struggle, and human connection.
Marking a significant milestone in local theatre, the production stands as one of the first stage musicals in Malaysia to introduce a full surround sound experience, redefining how audiences engage with live performance through a heightened sense of immersion that extends beyond the stage.
The production features an ensemble cast including KK Wong (黄国翔), Cheryl Lee (李欣怡), Orange Tan (陈慧恬), Rickman Chia (谢承伟), Richard Tan (陈星福), Loo Aye Keng (吕爱琼), Remon Lim (林奕廷), Wayne Cai (蔡佩璇), Kopi Lim (林国伟), Reno Lee (李宜诺), Olio Tan (陈颖恒), Andrew Lim (林楷宪), JY Lim (林家杰), and Olivia (张家霓), alongside special appearances by Tan Chia Yong (陈嘉荣), Pei Pei Chiong (蒋珮珮), Ah Lee, and Miss Durian.
At GLHX The Musical 2.0, the sound system was built on the venue's existing L-Acoustics installation, providing a stable and consistent audio foundation across the performance hall. K-array systems were introduced as a complementary layer to enhance clarity, vocal presence, and spatial depth throughout the show, creating a more immersive connection between the performers and the audience.
On stage, K-array Python-KP102 was deployed as stage monitor speakers, ensuring performers received clear and reliable feedback throughout the performance. This supported better control during both musical segments and dialogue delivery, helping maintain consistency across the show.
At the front of the stage, K-array KAN200+8 were used as front fill to improve vocal clarity for the front rows. This ensured that subtle details in speech and music were delivered naturally, without overpowering the main system.
Across the audience area, K-array KV102, KV52 paired with KU210 was carefully integrated to support a wider and more immersive listening experience. Designed to remain visually discreet, the system enhanced the listening experience with added depth and balance while blending seamlessly into the venue.
Together, L-Acoustics and K-array created a well-balanced and immersive sound environment, where each system played a clear role in supporting the performance and delivering a consistent experience to every seat in the hall.

At Visionnaire within Forest Furniture, Nextrend curated a discreet, design-led sound experience for an evening event, integrating K-array, Brionvega, and Frog-Is components into the spatial composition without visual intrusion.
Nextrend Systems participated in the Play Zone at MIFF 2026, delivering a complete audio solution for talks, presentations, and interactive sessions while preserving a refined visual integration.
We were honoured to be part of House of Robb, introduced by Robb Report Malaysia in conjunction with AHAM Capital’s Generational Wealth Summit, held at a four-bedroom duplex villa at Anantara Desaru Coast Residences. For this exclusive event, we designed and delivered the complete sound experience, ensuring the audio system enhanced the atmosphere without compromising the refined aesthetics of the space.
