Wedge Range in Petaling Jaya is an indoor golf and social venue reimagining how people engage with the game. It combines 13 advanced swing bays and four private suites with a PGA-level teaching academy, restaurant, and bar, inviting both casual players and seasoned golfers to enjoy golf in a lively, accessible setting. The space also offers social experiences beyond play, with music, food, drinks, and areas for gatherings of all kinds. Designed with energy and openness at its core, Wedge brings golf, community, and leisure together in one engaging destination.

Design Solution

We designed a premium commercial audio system that supports the venue’s full day-to-night rhythm while remaining flexible enough for singing, live vocals, and hosted performances. The client required even background music coverage across all common areas, with a sound profile that feels refined and balanced, and that aligns seamlessly with the modern interior design—without any space feeling disconnected. Through precise speaker placement and a scalable, event-ready sound solution, the system transitions effortlessly from relaxed daytime ambience to social evenings, DJ sessions, and live singing. Audio remains comfortable and clear at lower levels, yet powerful and controlled when higher energy is required—delivering a confident, performance-ready experience without visual clutter. Integrated discreetly into the architecture, the solution enhances atmosphere while preserving the venue’s premium design intent.

1Malaysia for Youth, usually stylised as iM4U, was an initiative of the former Malaysian government of Barisan Nasional (BN) led by Najib Razak.
