SYABAS, formally known as Syarikat Bekalan Air Selangor, is the primary water supply and distribution provider serving Selangor and the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur. With responsibility for delivering clean, reliable water to more than seven million customers, the organisation plays a vital role in supporting everyday life and urban growth across the region. Through its large-scale infrastructure and essential public service mandate, SYABAS stands as a key custodian of one of the state’s most critical resources.

Design Solution

For the SYABAS project, the audio requirement was to support clear communication within a functional, high-importance environment where reliability is essential. The space needed sound that is consistent, intelligible, and well controlled, ensuring briefings, announcements, and discussions can be heard clearly without strain or disruption. Our role covered consultation and supply, recommending a speaker solution suited to the scale and purpose of the space. The system delivers even sound coverage with a clean, professional presence, integrating neatly into the environment while maintaining dependable performance. The result is a practical, well-considered audio setup that supports SYABAS’ day-to-day operations with clarity and confidence.
