SJK(C) Soo Jin is a primary school in Pekan Kapar with a multipurpose hall the size of three badminton courts that also functions as a space for school events, assemblies and performances, which requires an upgraded audio systems.
The upgrade brief from the client called for an affordable sound system capable of delivering full coverage throughout the hall without compromising speech clarity or musical impact. With these budget considerations in mind, a Frog-Is loudspeaker system was designed and implemented for the multipurpose hall. Two Frog-Is FP15P 15-inch full-range loudspeakers were installed at front-of-house on either side of the stage, providing primary sound reinforcement. These were supported by two Frog-Is FP12P 12-inch loudspeakers positioned mid-hall and two Frog-Is FP8P 8-inch full-range loudspeakers installed at the rear of the space. By incorporating these delayed loudspeakers, a consistent audio coverage was achieved across the entire hall, ensuring clear speech and impactful sound for a wide range of events.
