Launched in December 2005 and completed in September 2009, it features two 19-storey towers—Suria and Bayu—with 350 residences. Layouts range from 585 sq ft studios to expansive 2,535 sq ft garden units, with dedicated parking included. The address is valued for everyday convenience, with malls, a mosque, healthcare, and leading colleges nearby. It’s also exceptionally connected, just steps from the Subang Jaya KTM station and easily accessible via major highways.

Design Solution

For Saujana Residence, our role encompassed full consultation, design, and installation, ensuring the audio experience was thoughtfully planned from concept through to completion. The objective was to create a refined background music environment that enhances daily living while respecting the calm, resort-style character of the residence. By carefully considering spatial layout, lifestyle use, and architectural intent, we designed a discreet BGM solution that integrates seamlessly into the building’s interiors. The result is an unobtrusive soundscape that supports relaxation and shared moments without visual clutter—demonstrating a holistic approach where technical decisions are guided by design, comfort, and long-term enjoyment.
