Eco Tropics is EcoWorld’s newest township in Iskandar Malaysia—an integrated, self-sustaining address designed to set a new standard for living in Flagship D, Pasir Gudang. Conceived as a complete community, it brings homes, everyday conveniences, and a considered environment into one cohesive place. To introduce the vision, Eco Tropics features a contemporary property gallery created as an immersive visitor experience, combining a multipurpose hall, meeting rooms, and a VIP lounge. The gallery is designed for guided walk-through presentations, where clear, well-orchestrated audio-visual storytelling helps bring the township’s character and promise to life.

Design Solution

For Eco Tropics’ property gallery, the objective was to create an audio environment that supports guided presentations and immersive storytelling while maintaining a refined, contemporary setting. As a space designed to introduce the vision of the township, the sound needed to be clear, engaging, and adaptable—supporting walk-through presentations across the multipurpose hall, meeting rooms, and VIP lounge. Our role covered consultation, design, and installation, delivering a layered audio solution that remains visually discreet while providing clarity and depth. Sound is evenly distributed to guide visitors comfortably through each zone, with the flexibility to scale up for presentations or events when needed. The result is a polished, immersive audio experience that enhances the narrative of Eco Tropics—helping visitors connect with the development’s character, lifestyle, and promise from the moment they step inside.
