Dolce & Gabbana at KLCC Mall brings the spirit of the Italian maison into one of Kuala Lumpur’s most prestigious retail addresses. Founded in Milan in 1985 by Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana, the house is recognised for a bold, sensual aesthetic shaped by Mediterranean life, Sicilian romance, and a deep respect for craft. Across fashion, accessories, jewellery, watches, and beauty, its creations celebrate Italian artistry through rich materials and expressive detail. The KLCC boutique offers a focused expression of that heritage—an immersive setting where modern glamour meets timeless tradition, delivered with the confidence of a global luxury icon.

Design Solution

For the Dolce & Gabbana boutique at KLCC Mall, the brief was to create a background music experience that reflects the brand’s bold Italian character while maintaining the elegance of a luxury retail environment. The audio needed to add energy and warmth to the space without competing with the boutique’s rich materials, expressive details, and carefully curated displays. Our role covered consultation, design, and installation, delivering a fully concealed audio solution that blends seamlessly into the architecture. Music is evenly distributed throughout the boutique, with added depth to create a sense of presence and atmosphere, while remaining comfortable for conversation. The result is an immersive yet refined soundscape that supports the brand experience—enhancing the mood of the space while keeping the focus firmly on Dolce & Gabbana’s distinctive style.
