Design Solution

For Aspen Group’s presentation and exhibition spaces, the requirement was to deliver a professional, event-ready environment that can support everything from guided presentations and media playback to live microphones, announcements, and staged brand moments. The system needed to be clear, reliable, and easy to operate—while staying organised and discreet within a polished, customer-facing setting. Our role covered consultation, design, and installation, bringing audio, lighting, control, and connectivity into one coordinated solution. We designed the setup so each space—from the main hall to VIP and pre-function areas—can run smoothly on its own, yet still work together when needed for larger events. With simple touch control, built-in routing, and clean connection points, the experience feels intuitive for staff and seamless for guests—supporting Aspen’s brand storytelling with consistent performance and a refined, modern finish.
