We pride ourself in providing a safe and secure shopping experience. Your personal information is kept secure and private during the entire checkout process. No card details will be stored on our server. We accept the following payment options:

  1. Credit/Debit Card – We accept Visa and MasterCard, local and overseas via our Payment Gateway Provider; senangPay.
  2. FPX / Bank transfer – Pay directly with online banking via our Payment Gateway Provider; senangPay

Shipping & Delivery

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders made on a business day before 3pm are processed within the same day and will be dispatched within 24 hours of the time of process.

All orders made on a business day after 3pm are processed the next business day.

If orders are made on weekends or public holidays, they will be processed the next business day.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.


Shipping addresses

Nextrendy.com only ships to residential and business addresses within Malaysia. P.O. Boxes are not included.


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Customs, Duties and Taxes

nextrendy.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).



nextrendy.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside of Malaysia.


Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Cancellation Policy

Due to our fast shipment processing time, cancellations are only allowed before 3pm on the day your order is being processed. To learn more about our shipping details, please read our shipment process time.

Cancellation requests made after 3pm on the day your order is being processed will not be eligible for cancellation. If you have received your shipping details, you are also not eligible for cancellation.

However, you may return the item unused and in the same condition that you received it and then request a refund. More details on our return & refund policies are below.



You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the following available:

  1. Image of the parcel(s) received
  2. Name of Item
  3. Order Number/Transaction Reference
  4. Receipts



You may request for a refund via the original payment method but please allow sufficient time for the process.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card.

You will receive the credit within 14 days, through our payment gateway provider – senangPay. If you have not received your refund after 14 days, please check on your card issuer’s policies before contacting us for further enquiries.

For payments made through FPX, please email us your bank details at [email protected] along with your order number for us to refund you directly to your bank account.



For customers within Klang Valley, we will personally retrieve your item at our cost.

For customers outside of Klang Valley, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.



In the unlikely event that you receive a wrong or a faulty product, you may be eligible for an exchange. Proof of purchase will be required for all exchanges, so keep your receipts or invoices to make the return easier! Please have the following available:

  1. Image of Item/parcel(s) received
  2. Name of Item
  3. Order Number/Transaction Reference
  4. Receipts

For wrong products we have mistakenly delivered, we will deliver the product that you’ve ordered as fast as we could and retrieve the incorrect one at our cost.

For faulty products, please submit a ticket with us via this link along with video proof of the product’s quality and we will be in contact with you within 24 hours. If the products are found to be faulty, we are happy to provide a replacement.
