RiX is a platform presented by C.I.S as an official event held under the REKA Design Week, which is the annual event for the interior designers’ community by the Malaysian Institute of Interior Designers (MIID).
RiX committed to showcasing only the very best of each exhibitor’s collections and products, RiX taps into Malaysia’s interior design industry – Offering a truly outstanding experience in a typically crowded marketplace with power-packed programmes and activities such as conference and forums, industry talks and updates, discussions, networking and workshops for the design fraternity.
Role
Nextrend Systems is honored to be invited to design the Total Sound Solution for the CURIOS Pavilion and to share a topic in RiX regarding “Design Senses – Sound”.
For this event, the K-array speaker has been selected as the premier audio solution, chosen specifically to complement the refined design of the CURIOUS Pavilion. To uphold the vision of seamless elegance, we have chosen the K-array Anakonda—a flexible sound system that will gracefully line the walkway, delivering an immersive, balanced auditory experience.
In addition to the K-array sound system, we are thrilled to present the iconic Brionvega Radiofonografo RR226 and Totem RR231, both of which proudly reside in the esteemed MoMA museum collection. With more than 50 years of history, these legendary pieces seamlessly blend visionary design with exceptional sound quality.
On the other hand, we have curated an immersive audio experience within the SoundPod Room, where every element has been meticulously crafted to transport visitors into a world of sound. Our compact yet incredibly powerful K-array Lyzard KZ14 speakers, strategically placed in each of the four corners, work in perfect harmony to create a dynamic, enveloping soundscape. The result is an atmosphere that effortlessly captivates the senses, leaving visitors with a feeling of wanting to linger, immersed in the pure elegance of sound.
In the final station, we’ve seamlessly integrated the K-array Vyper KV102—a discreet yet remarkably powerful audio solution—strategically placed in two corners to deliver exceptional sound without drawing attention to itself. The speaker’s understated elegance ensures that the auditory experience effortlessly complements the ambiance, creating a refined space where guests can savor both sound and taste in perfect harmony.
We’ve also crafted a tailored sound solution featuring the K-array Pinnacle KR402 for the talks and performances on stage. Designed with the demands of live events in mind, this premium speaker elevates the experience, providing crystal-clear audio that perfectly complements the energy and sophistication of the stage.
